By the early 1900s, this love had evolved to a passion for well dressed, anthropomorphic kitties engaged in a host of human activities - a passion reflected in our delightful images by "Catland" artists such as Louis Wain, Arthur Thiele, and Harrison Weir. (This package includes 140 images by Louis Wain!) You'll also enjoy a host of examples of "the cat made me buy it" advertising images, along with a lovely selection of cats by renowned artists such as Henriette Ronner. The package includes black and white images, breed images, full-color prints and ephemera, and a lovely selection of colorful cat postcards from the early 1900s.
