Fruit Dishes & Desserts

Home > Victorian Recipes > Desserts & Sweets > Fruit Dishes & Desserts

In the country, one raised a variety of fruits in the kitchen garden; for town-dwellers, cooking articles often provided helpful advice on what types of fruits to select from the greengrocer.
