Victorian Health & Beauty

Health and beauty were interlinked in the Victorian mind (which suggests the Victorian mind wasn't as limited as some might think). While this section offers a number of recipes for cosmetics and beauty treatments (which we are not advocating that you try at home!), the general gist of most articles on beauty is that fresh air, exercise, good diet and a positive mindset are the greatest keys to an attractive appearance.
