Victorian Cooking: Breakfast Dishes

Although I've included omelettes and various egg dish recipes here, as these are now generally considered "breakfast" dishes, bear in mind that this was not always so. Such dishes could easily have been prepared for a luncheon or tea, or even a light supper meal.
